First, in the first year, you will learn basic cooking techniques (Japanese, Western, and Chinese) from the basics. Then, in the second year, he acquired high specialized skills as a cook. In addition to the skills required as a professional, in addition to personality and theory, we will also improve the skills and business sense necessary to become a manager and manager in the field of food.
"Japanese food" was registered as an intangible cultural heritage in December 2013. We will study this Japanese cuisine, which is uniquely developed in the country and climate of Japan and has a global reputation, and aims to acquire knowledge and skills to meet diversifying food needs. Aiming to acquire a wide range of know-how, we will study not only Western and Chinese countries but also ethnic and creative dishes widely and comprehensively.
In addition, it is characterized by a small number of people who can effectively receive teachers' guidance by conducting human resource development through careful small-group guidance. Among them, 870 hours of lessons are held in the first year, focusing on the basics of cooking, nutrition, and hygiene management, including learning about "international communication about cooking". In the second year, a variety of curriculums such as business administration and computer training will be prepared. You will acquire knowledge in 900 hours of classes, including 300 hours of cooking practice.
